Terms and Conditions

Policies:
Non-smoking property. Pets on a case by case basis with security
deposit and approval (inquire for details on our pet policies).
Local telephone calls (including Angel Fire, Red River, Eagle
Nest and Questa) are free; long distance calls may be placed with
a phone or credit card.

|
|
Minimum stay:
Three (3) nights (call to check on potential 1 and 2 night openings).

|
|
Arrival and Departure:
Check-in is after 4:00PM, check-out is 10:00AM.

|
|
Maximum Capacity:
Six guests.

|
Deposits and Cancellation:
Confirmed reservations require a 50% deposit, due within seven
days from date of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to
arrival. Your deposit is refundable, minus a 20% handling fee, up
to 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival
will be forfeited unless the property is rebooked. You are responsible
for your fully reserved stay. Visa or MasterCard is preferred for
deposits.
